Exchange Policy

At Paul Sharee Centre, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you through our 15-day Exchange Policy.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • All original tags and labels are intact

  • You have the invoice or proof of purchase

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us at  paul4sharee@gmail.com

  2. Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and attach photos if the product is defective or damaged

  3. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions

⚠️ Please do not send any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A defective or damaged product, or

  • A wrong item,

contact us immediately. We’ll review your concern and arrange a prompt replacement or refund.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery

  • Items that are used, washed, or missing original packaging/tags

Refunds (If Applicable)

If an exchange is not possible and a refund is approved:

  • You will be notified once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.

If you haven’t received your refund after 30 business days, please contact us at web.paulsarees@gmail.com.

Exchange deliveries are completed within 6–7 business days after approval.
