Exchange Policy

At Paul Saree Centre, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our 15-day Exchange Policy.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • All tags and labels are intact

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request an Exchange

To begin the exchange process:

  1.  Contact us via email at web.paulsarees@gmail.com

  2.  Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and include photos if there's damage or defect

  3.  If your exchange is accepted, we’ll share a return shipping label and full instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit, or

  • Not what you ordered

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a quick resolution.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items returned after 15 days

  • Items that are worn, used, or without original packaging/tags

Refunds (If Applicable)

If an exchange is not possible and a refund is approved:

  • We’ll notify you after inspection of the returned item

  • A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 15 business days

  • Exchange will be delivered in 6-7 business days

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
